Stunning Vacation Home in The Texas Hill Country
The Texas A-Frame in Wimberley, Texas
We recently had a much needed staycation at the stunning Texas A-Frame in Wimberley, Texas. This property is absolutely gorgeous and l’m so excited to share a little about it with you all!
The house is nestled on a bluff, 40 feet above the Blanco River and is surrounded by towering oak trees and native wildflowers. With Wimberley being an international dark sky community, the A-Frame (with its FIFTEEN skylights), makes for the perfect spot to enjoy the stars.

The Texas A-Frame is truly a cut above the rest. I always love to see an architecturally unique home and this beauty takes the cake. New, yes – but so much character and some of the best views in the hill country! It was an amazing place to retreat to and just get away from it all. We lounged in the plunge pool, sat by the Blanco River, did yoga in the meditation room overlooking the trees, and sipped our morning coffee while watching the deer pass through the 6 acres that surround the home.
Downtown Wimberley
Historic Downtown Wimberley was also the sweetest! We visited tons of adorable shops and restaurants before heading back to our lovely Airbnb. We enjoyed lunch at Community Pizza & Beer Garden, drinks at Sip! On The Square, and dinner at CreekHouse Kitchen & Bar. Did I mention you can stroll downtown with a glass of wine in hand? Icing on the cake! So many good things to say about the Texas A-Frame and adorable Wimberley, Texas. It’s the perfect hill country getaway!
